Al-Shabaab displayed propaganda online Somali army had defected from the Jubbaland administration, which was located on a military base on the outskirts of Kismayo. In a statement released on al-Shabaab’s propaganda online, five Jubbaland soldiers surrendered, with their weapons displayed in the Lower Jubaland region.
