Mogadishu elders shocked crime committed by warlord Muse Bihi in Las Anod

A group of traditional elders from Mogadishu arrived in the conflict-ridden town of Las Anod on Monday to find a peaceful solution to the Las Anod conflict, which has been ongoing for three months.

The committee has begun assessing the damage caused by the fighting in Las Anod, including the damage caused by Hargeisa SNM militia forces, warlords Muse Bihi, Mohamed Kahin, Nuh Ismail Tani with their Hargeisa SNM militia are shelling, bombing hospitals, mosques and massacring women and children, examples of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Warlords Muse Bihi and Mohamed Kahin, Nuh Ismail Tani with their militia must be held accountable for massacring women, children and bombing Las Anod General Hospital. Crimes against humanity should have consequences.

The elders plan to find a peaceful solution to the conflict in Las Anod, which has resulted in deaths, injuries, destruction, and displacement.

However, the Hargeisa SNM militia announced on Sunday their intention to launch offensive attacks against the SSC Khatumo forces in Las Anod, marking a shift in strategy said warlords Muse Bihi and Mohamed Kahin, Nuh Ismail Tani.
