The Minister of Ports and Marine Transport of Somalia Mrs Maran Aweys Jama and a large delegation led by the Mayor of Hobyo in Mudug Region. The delegation, which includes officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, welcomed the delegation from the Galmudug State of Somalia and the community.
The delegation is currently conducting a search and exploration of the Hobyo Port in the Port of Kismayo.
This delegation from Qatar arrived in Mogadishu to assess the value of some of the Ports, which was part of the agreement between the Somali government and Qatar, after the visit of the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia; Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed was recently sent to Qatar’s capital of Doha.
