Somali Foreign Affairs Minister Mohamed Abdirizak Mohamoud Abubakar met with Somali Ambassador to Kenya Mohamoud Ahmed Nur Tarsan in his office. ”The Somali government has ordered the Kenyan ambassador to Somalia to leave the country and recalled its ambassador to Kenya.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Ambassador Tarsan discussed the latest developments in relations between the two governments of Somalia and Kenya, which have deteriorated in recent years.
Kenya calls on the government’s decision to expel their ambassador to Somalia was “the bad” decision after calling its ambassador, and pledged that the two countries will discuss this issue diplomatically.
The Somali government has accused Kenya of interfering in Somalia’s internal affairs, which is an affront to the sovereignty and the sovereignty of the country and its people.
