Mohamed Hussein Roble today met with Representatives of the International Community to discuss a number of issues related to the completion, transparency and security of the country’s elections.

Mohamed Hussein Roble said he was committed to ending the election on time and ensuring that no one was abused. He also spoke about the quota for women in the National Assembly, saying it was necessary to ensure a 30% quota for women, which now stands at 21%.




The meeting comes at a time when the international community is putting pressure on the Mohamed Hussein Roble, Ahmed Madobe and Said Deni. The Somalia elections, especially the one scheduled for the February 25th of this month.
