Four months ago Hassan Sheikh Mohamud decided the Speakership would go to his puppet Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur “Jama” – a former Al-Shabab militia operative turned Turkish spy. That decision is now being executed with zero regard for the Constitution.

Any Member who dares challenge this mission faces only two choices, ordered directly by Hassan Sheikh Mohamud himself – take the payoff or be blocked. Hon. Sharif Salah met every requirement – CV, Auditor General clearance, $30,000 fee – and was still refused. That is not administration. That is ordered elimination.

This tramples Article 22, Article 65 and the Rules of Procedure.
Parliament’s mandate expired 14 April 2026. Every step of this process is illegal. A Speaker installed by blackmail, bribery and exclusion is illegitimate from the first second.

Demands – no negotiation.
1.Kill this farce immediately.
2.Sack the entire compromised committee.
3.Reopen registration starting with Salah Sharif Sayid Ali.
4.Full inquiry into the four-month plot, the payoffs and the blocks ordered by Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
