Somalia is world number one corrupt country, even to get a job is who you know. Djibouti President Ismail Omar Guelleh has received credentials from the new Somali Ambassador to Djibouti Salad Ali Jelle.
Somalia’s Ambassador to Djibouti Salad Ali Jelle conveyed greetings and a message from his Somali counterpart, Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo, to the President of Djibouti, underlining that he will work hard to strengthen brotherly relations between the two countries, thanking the government and people of Djibouti in a good reception.
Salad Ali Jelle is former Deputy Minister of Defense of the Transitional Federal Government (TFG) of the Republic of Somalia. He was a political figure in the War in Somalia (2006–2009) fought Salad Ali Jelle its ally Ethiopia against the Islamic Courts Union (ICU).
