Jubaland expresses regret over the fighting Somali warlord Hassan Sheikh and militia in RasKamboni

The Jubaland regional government has issued a press release expressing its deep regret over the fighting in Raskambooni Somali warlord Hassan Sheikh and militia, describing it as a tragic and avoidable conflict between Somali youth.

Jubaland stressed that such actions are undermining the reconstruction of Somalia’s state institutions, especially the military.

Jubaland called for the focus to be on liberating areas still under Al-Shabab control, rather than targeting peaceful regions.
